Can't live without Pizza??

One of the first things my husband and I thought about when we had to both go gluten free was, "what about pizza??" I quickly discovered that there are lots of gluten free pizza crust options. You can buy frozen gluten free pizzas (that was our first attempt). The Amy's gluten free from Whole Foods was good. We then decided to try a mix for crust and make our own pizza. Bob's Red Mill crust is REALLY dellicious. You can find it here, www.bobsredmill.com. We bought it at Whole Foods.

Next we tried Mom's Bake at home pizza. If you live around Philadelphia, it's a really nice option. We picked ours up at their Manayunk shop. Parking there stinks. *Warning: do NOT double park in the bus stop zone... I got an instant ticket.

I just read that Uno's pizzaria in Plymouth Meeting has a gluten free thin crust option, AND they serve gluten free beer. We are checking it out this weekend!
